Rachel shares her story in the House of Commons

At an event to highlight the importance of finding suitable accommodation for women released from prison, Rachel from Gloucester shared her extraordinary story.

From living with physical abuse to going to prison for dealing class-A drugs, Rachel’s story tells of how someone with a good career and close family can find themselves in an impossible situation. On release from prison she asks, “Where am I going to live? How am I going to find a home for me and my daughter?”.
