Bishop Rachel responds to the Peter Ball documentary

Last night saw the first part of a documentary on the Peter Ball case. Bishop Rachel responds to what she has seen so far. She says, “I am utterly ashamed that a so called Bishop in the Church of England committed such horrific abuse.”
