Director of Operations – Teens in Crisis (TIC+)

Part Time 32 hours per week

£38,064 per annum pro rata

 Teens in Crisis (TIC+) is a Christian based counselling organisation that exists to ensure that every young person in crisis has someone to turn to.

The Director of Operations must:

• Be a dynamic, caring, motivated co-leader
• Oversee all non-clinical operations of the charity
• Have a degree or equivalent in business management or similar, or suitable equivalent experience in a senior role
• As a member of the Senior Leadership Team act as ambassador for TIC+, able to support and implement the Christian led vision and ethos of the charity
• Lead staff prayer meetings, speak at churches and Christian conferences and therefore have experience relating to Christian based organisations
• Have a desire to help children and young people in crisis
